On 1 July 2014, the SEQ Water Supply and Sewage Design and Construction Code (SEQ Code) was introduced as a uniform Code for the design and construction of new water supply and sewerage assets throughout South East Queensland. It is based on the National Codes developed by the Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA).
Our National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited sampling team and laboratory staff can assist you in meeting the local regulatory requirements for new or replacement water services. We provide the following:
- Sampling and on-site testing
NATA accredited sampling, free and total chlorine
- Bacteriological testing
Total coliforms, E.coli, heterotrophic plate count (HPC)
- Chemical and physical testing
Free and total chlorine, pH, turbidity, conductivity, apparent colour
Results for new mains testing are made available in 48 hours.
