SAS Laboratory can assist you in developing:
  • sampling and analysis
  • baseline monitoring
  • event based monitoring
  • profiling.

Water quality management plans

SAS Laboratory can assist organisations in developing water quality management plans in accordance with relevant guidelines. We have in-depth knowledge of the drinking water system within the Queensland Urban Utilities supply zone, and are skilled in developing and implementing monitoring plans (risk analysis) to support water quality management plans.

We have established notification protocols for exceedances of the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) values, and can assist clients with their reporting requirements.

We can also provide advice and information on the control of microbial growth in water distribution systems through disinfection strategies and reservoir operation.

We can also assist hospitals and healthcare facilities in developing water quality management plans for the monitoring of legionella on their site.
